Create or request an account

Community accounts can be used after email verification. Staff, government, animal-control, and rescue or shelter partner accounts stay locked until a Jeannie Meows administrator approves them.

Adopters, fosters, colony feeders, volunteers, student volunteers, and other community members use a normal community account. They do not need administrator approval just to create and use that account.

Choose the correct account type below. Approval-only requests appear in the private admin Notifications area for review.

Are you requesting access to the protected Community Cats map / outdoor-cat list? This does not affect normal account creation. Exact-location access is a separate permission reviewed after registration unless your account already has an approved trusted role.
